Experience. Service. Results. The Pacifico Property reputation throughout the region speaks volumes for Christian and Brad. They are a true team. Having worked in the Byron property market for a number of years, they have created a culture of doing it right and that is the Pacifico Way.
At a very early age Christian was introduced to the world of property and real estate as both his parents hold Real Estate and Property Evaluation qualifications and were constantly buying, selling and renovating property in QLD.
Christian’s involvement in sport throughout his childhood and later at an international level, playing rugby professionally in Italy, helped Christian develop skills and ideals of fairness, leadership, team building and taught him the importance of strong relationships, all of which are prudent to the real estate industry and gave him a strong basis on which to build real estate business partnerships.
Post his professional rugby career and back on Australian soil, Christian launched his own company in the media industry working in television and advertising. This role took Christian back overseas working for Discovery Channel, Fox and the 3 Australian commercial networks. The work was varied and challenging . From filming Animal Planet documentaries and National Geographic features to celebrity interviews, current affairs and lifestyle programs like Selling Houses, Location Location, Grand Designs, The Great Outdoors and The BLOCK to name but a few, he honed his skills of public relations and negotiation. Being a team player and using his sporting tactics guaranteed him large scale success in the media industry.
A lifestyle change and starting a family prompted Christian’s move to Byron Bay. It was at this time, he decided to embark on a career in real estate.
His honesty and integrity in dealings with clients has led to long term friendships in the Bay. The confidence in his dealings, see clients return to him time and time again, whether listing properties or looking to increase their holdings in the Byron Bay area.
Since moving into real estate Christian has become well known in Byron business and social circles. Christian is well liked and trusted by the Byron Bay community and is actively involved in local sporting activities and events. He has 2 daughters at school in the shire and is more commonly known as “Serge” around town. Christian “Serge” Sergiacomi has earnt his place as a Byron local.
Christian’s previous experience in media and communications has been a valuable addition to the property market in the bay. Sponsoring and organising involvement in charity events on a large scale such as the Byron Bay Ocean Swim Classic has been a fun and rewarding task with the swim participation numbers growing year on year.
His most recent contribution to the community is the relaunch of junior rugby union in the bay. With the Cape Byron Crusaders Junior Rugby Club now competing in the Northern Rivers across a number of age groups for the first time in 30 years.
Pacifico Property is a proud major sponsor.
Christian is honest, reliable and trustworthy. He demonstrates an endless commitment to bringing the best result for his clients. Both vendors and buyers will benefit from the level of service offered by Christian Sergiacomi, Director of Pacifico Property.
Born and raised in the Hunter Valley region, Brad quickly learnt the art of responsibility, communication and negotiation growing up in his parent’s family run hotel business. Those lessons, learnt from a young age, formed the foundation for his many achievements in his now blossoming career.
After finishing an apprenticeship and gaining his trade qualification, Brad moved onto buying, developing and selling his own properties. He recently added owning and operating a successful hotel in the Newcastle area to his portfolio, meaning Brad has succeeded in a number of different fields.
Moving into the Real Estate industry was a natural progression for Brad, who wanted to involve himself more in the industry to try and help others enjoy the experience of buying and selling as much as he had.
Being hardworking, honest and trustworthy are the same attributes that helped Brad and his wife Lara win the renovation series The Block in 2012. He now finds himself in good stead to help others achieve a similar level of success.
Brad has great skills, commitment and enthusiasm to bring to Pacifico Property and adds further strength and dimension to our successful and respected sales team.
