Relaxed, easy to communicate with & extremely helpful – the best type of agent to deal with . Brad was excellent to buy a house from and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in the greater Byron area. We had no idea about the region prior to visiting to check it out, just we liked the Byron area. Brad was very knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy and gave us heaps of useful information on the different surrounding areas as well as where we looked at. He showed us through a place we fell in love with when we weren’t expecting it. Because we loved it & had travelled a big distance to be there & couldn’t easily pop back into check things afterwards he happily went there & face timed me so I could see parts that I’d forgotten or overlooked. Communication was easy and not forced, he quickly responded to my numerous messages. Was an entirely easy & pleasurable experience. Brad was the best 😊
